It is quick, easy, and allows us to customize the product. Additionally, it's great that they can choose what reward works best for them.
One dislike is that the recipients gift cards links are susceptible to theft if the email is compromised in some way and ends up in the wrong hands.
The Tremendous team is easy to work with and responsive. The dashboard solves a lot of our needs to help us manage this in one solution rather than many individual gift card vendors.
Customer service is not that fast and hard to contact with them some times.

Introducing Tremendous to our organization came at the perfect time- the start of the pandemic. We needed a solution to continue providing gift cards, safely, to our customers in the community.

I looked at a lot of options before choosing Qwary and am very happy with my choice. The interface is quite intuitive, the help centre works well, and the customer service is outstanding.
However, I believe these two features are costly, especially the service related to text messaging. Next, I find the tool has not many native integrations.
Easy to use and understand, lots of great supportive research features with automation and integration to thrid party tools. Very helpful and available support.
The integration is very limited and requires Zapier. For small businesses, we can't afford Zapier.
Most importantly it is very easy to prepare a survey and send that to my customer for answering. Video integration is a great integration for this app, Just awesome.
No serious cons yet, they are swamped right now and catching up on support. So the downside we've seen is their KB docs are behind the app.
I wasn't expecting Qwary to be a Typeform beater, but they have really over delivered and developed a slick product. From the dashboard the UI/UX is clean, super fast and easy to navigate.
No CNAME available at the moment. Occasionally you will find some minor bugs, but it can be reported to customer service, which will fix them as soon as possible.

Before switching to Tremendous, we used something called Giftbit. We were looking for a new product that would allow us to send gifts internationally and have more options for rewards. So Tremendous fit the bill there. The reason we were impressed with Tremendous was because of the ability to send international rewards. Previously, when we were using Giftbit, we weren't able to send rewards to our international customers or our employees. Switching to this new platform drastically improved our user experience and there was no clunky processes involved. Onboarding with Tremendous was really easy. Their team gave us a super in-depth demo that took less than 20 minutes and we were ready to roll shortly after that. My advice for those looking to switch to Tremendous is don't wait any longer. We searched around forever and people wanted thousands of dollars up front or minimum spend. And Tremendous was the only platform we found that was able to check all of our boxes. I highly recommend you make the switch today.
