Very very patient with me and I love the personable relations that are apparent with Bsport right from the beginning. Your customer service is off the scale... and that is what I really love.
You are also unable to assign permissions to staff which is a basic feature on any other softwareThe software VERY OFTEN lags, which makes is inoperable.

The app can’t use for 2days already, many students complain! even Management app also cant use too.
We love BSport, the flexibility of the software, the ability to schedule different classes, run a membership & drop in sessions side by side. The customer service is brilliant.
Our customized app constantly crashes for users, finances is hard to verify since we have to manually do it, nothing is automated.
I love the ease of use for my yoga studio customers. It's also a very powerful management tool with useful and easy to use management features such as Pay management.

Cons: Had difficulty setting up with till & receipt printer, need it to countdown class credits and PT sessions bought in blocks, have had false notifications about membership payments.
Easy to use and set up, can create a report for pretty much any part of the business and a great way to track members and their habits. Happy with the integration with DFC as well.
We still don't feel confident refunding clients as not sure how this affects credits. I am disappointed the staff list doesn't let you store phone numbers or emails, this seems pointless.
It's clarity and ease of use has not only improved the service to our members but has also helped us keep track of payments and thus improved our revenue.
Max always ready to offer advice with any problems concerning use of club manager. Unfortunatly the finger print scanner does not work all the time.
We have had a very good experience with Clubmanager they are helpful and the software does what it says on the tin.

Mary G.: My name is Mary Grace. I am a dance instructor. I work for Gravity Space, and I would give bsport a five-star rating so far. I was using Mindbody before bsport, and the reason that I made the switch was, although I liked the software, I did not feel like I was getting enough value for what I was actually paying. I decided to switch over to bsport because after the representative came and showed me how to use all of the software and showed me all the features, it looked a lot more friendly on the backend. It looked more well put together. And I also really liked the fact that you could do everything in one marketplace. So, with my previous software, I would have to leave the actual software to go do my SMS campaigns. But with bsport, everything is all in the same tab, which I really like. And I think it looks a lot better on my website with the widgets, and it is a lot more user-friendly for my students to sign up with. Getting started wasn't that bad, because since I did have a previous software that was set up the same way, I was able to do a data transfer and just get everybody in. Everybody's passes also transferred in, which was nice. The only hiccup that I had was just having to get people back into their account, because they would have to reset the password or they would have to download the new app. But other than that, I feel like the transfer, it was pretty easy. It was pretty fine, yeah. For anybody thinking about getting bsport, I would recommend reaching out to their team, because their customer service is really, really great. They answer fast and they answer really thoroughly. So if you had any questions about anything or wanted to evaluate your needs, they would just be really awesome about getting back with you on that. And I would say check out the features that they offer, make sure that it does fit your studio or your needs or your business, because they do offer a lot of different integrations, which is also nice.
