One Step GPS vs TransVirtual: Which is a better fit?

Our company is highly satisfied with this company, their customer care, service, and products. We highly recommend and would, most definitely, use their services again as well as recommend them.

Some of our GMC vehicles have trouble with the transmission when GPS is plugged in.

Instead, vehicle trail and stopping points are marked, it's just hard to know the order of events. I mentioned this to them and they already have it submitted to their engineering team.

The capability to receive text notifications is a great feature. The easy of setting up the specific events you want notifications on is a nice benefit.

Its a bit slow which, sometimes, makes it frustrating, especially when a split second decision has to be made.

Also missing connotes from freight companies, most of the time we are able to get copies from the data in Transvirtual.

On top of that, quality support to back up the product, and a general keen-ness from the development team to improve the product.

Website is sometimes slow to load which is frustrating when you need to quickly login to check something.

I liked the ease of Use and set up associate with this software. I also like the versatility of the setup that could be tailored to my business requirements.

We had problems with drivers not getting Full sign, print, time & date on manual cons, Transvirtual takes away that problem.

Overall its been good, the people I deal with at the office have been helpful when needed.

The help functions give you the most basic things but there is no flesh on the bones. This means that it is a try and fail scenario to get to the outcomes you are seeking.
