One Step GPS vs ASCEND: Which is a better fit?

The system is reliable, easy to set up, and provides accurate tracking for my needs. The interface is user-friendly, and the support team is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions.

One Step GPS is an easy to use web-based application as well as iOS app. Both are super easy to use integrates well with ServiceTitan and they offer fantastic customer support.

Instead, vehicle trail and stopping points are marked, it's just hard to know the order of events. I mentioned this to them and they already have it submitted to their engineering team.

Its a bit slow which, sometimes, makes it frustrating, especially when a split second decision has to be made.

Ascend uses splitters so if we need to scan, nothing has to get unplugged and no one would even know there's a GPS in the trucks.

Figuring out the specifics of setting up alerts can be tricky, but once you figure it out and test it out on vehicles to understand how it works, it's relatively simple.
