Before using Circa we had looked into ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Google Jobs, a couple other websites. Glass Ceiling I believe is one. But we settled on using Circa. The main reasons that we chose to go with Circa was it's a very localized job search network, to be able to post job postings in our region only. Our company only works in one region, so Circa having that local aspect to it is the main reason why we chose to use it for our job postings. It was really easy to onboard Circa into the company and into my department. It was very easy to get set up. I did work with a representative directly with Circa and she helped me write some initial job postings and things. Really, really great support. I would definitely recommend Circa to people mainly because of the localization, that they are so localized in the different areas that they work in. So especially when you're looking to post jobs, getting local people to apply for those jobs is essential.
