PayBee vs HelloFund: Which is a better fit?

We had a very successful event and will use PayBee again. Very professional and a great value.

In the live event, it was a bummer that the text was over the images.

PayBee was very easy to use. The best part is that the PayBee team is SO supportive and helpful.

There was also an issue when uploading email addresses for the RSVPs-- some of these were lost. Having a template to download and then fill in would be helpful to avoid this issue.

We had a terrific experience with Paybee and appreciated how simple and straightforward it was.

It was also a little confusing to see who had bid and who hadn't bid on items. MAybe a running bid sheet.

They provided excellent, personal customer service and really helped us stay on track. Their support made me feel so much better about learning and feeling confident in using the software.

User customization is still restricted, roles and responsibility access, as currently there only two roles.

It is easy to use, and the customer service is wonderful. Sensitive content hidden] were a joy to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough.

There were truly no aspects of the software that were difficult to use or impaired our event. One feature that would have benefited us to have is more customization with the donation buttons.

I really love the dashboard - it is very user friendly and easy to manipulate from an Administrator perspective. Auction items are incredibly easy to upload and real-time changes are easy as well.

We used it for the first time April 2022 and for the second time April 2023 - there are so many features that I was unaware of and as I continue using the product, I learn more and more.

The donor check-in process is also very user friendly. The reports are also great and thorough and the HelloFund Team is wonderful to work with - big fans.

I don't like that you can't really edit and customize to your brand.

Overall, HelloFund is an excellent fundraising software tool for non-profit organizations. Its user-friendly interface, event support, and excellent customer support make it a great choice.

We did have some difficulty integrating financial reports with our internal accounting system, leading to some frustration since numbers didn't exactly match up.
