The Key Green team was very responsive, easy to work with and did an amazing job tracking the metrics we requested. Their customer service is team were extremely helpful.
There are several times that we see a report where one month of data is obviously wrong (either input incorrectly by the utility or by Key Green or data was never transmitted).
I like the fact that the software is easy to use, versatile, up-to-date, and that our data is visually appealing and accessible to all employees.
But for folks who aren't familiar with the questions, it can be more difficult to navigate. As I said, this is common to most softwares, and it falls to us doing the work on the ground to solve it.
Some of the best features include area normalization and rate normalization. The multi-year reports are really good.
When we see how we’re doing in comparison with other facilities this pushes us to a state of continuous improvement and/or reminds us to celebrate our successes.
Overall experience has been very positive. We had success with resolving high overnight water consumption which had been investigated previously, but not resolved.
Excessive emails for actioning that may not be related to defects and consumption.
Easy to use platform with additional information added like BMS screenshots of the fault to help the engineer to resolve or understand the issues which is a nice touch.
The only downside I have seen so far, is that I didn't realise the BMS needed to be Bacnet compatible.
I have been pleased with the service provided by CIM Enviro staff members and the functionality of PEAK software to help improve operation of our building HVAC systems.
For example, AC equipments are removed during office fitouts and remain off. But we still get the same unit show failures.
Has been very good and great feedback from CIM staff with scheduled monthly meetings.
I am not using the platform to its full potential and would need more training/time. It is difficult to jump from one system into another one.
