The epaypolicy is a very easy app and usefull accept four big credit cards and make the transactions very quick and secure the experience so far is perfect.

CLIENTS USUALLY CALL ME IMMEDIATELY TO COMPLAIN HOW MUCH IT COSTS THEM TO SEND THEIR PAYMENT. I HAVE TO REMIND THEM TO CHECK THE NEXT BOX FOR ACH WHICH CHARGES A NOMINAL FEE.

As the only vendor at the time which integrated with our Vertafore product I initially felt captive in selecting them, but they are a delight to work with and our customers love it as well.

When our clients have a $10,000 bill due, it's tough to want to cough up an additional $350. Usually clients try to avoid CC if their bill is high and I don't blame them.

Ease of implementation and continued use of the program has been fantastic, and the timeliness of the customer's payments getting routed to us is quick. I'm quite happy with ePayPolicy.

When the maximum EFT payment amount is reached, and another client payment must be made for the balance, it's frustrating a client must pay the fee twice.

The overall ease of use is great for both our staff and our customers. And I love when our MGAs/Brokers use it for allowing us to see our open invoices with them and pay those premiums quickly online.

The few errors we have had occur have been on the client side with input error; however, the transaction declines are appreciated.
