Anow vs Realquantum: Which is a better fit?

This company has been overall wonderful and their customer service has been often easy to connect with and helpful.

At times performance is slow, fields won't update properly, creating duplicate client records, generally buggy at times with no warning of updates made to look out for issues.

The ease of use is fantastic. It took only a few hours for me to be up and running, if that.

Color selection is awful. Errors in logging on all the time.

Overall we are super pleased with the software and how it helps us run our business.

I dislike receiving orders from my customer on this site.

The Anow team is responsive and friendly. Any issues we've had technologically have been resolved in a timely manner.

Whenever I schedule an appraisal inspection appointment I receive an email saying "Something went wrong" and then a message.

The support team (Kristie and Alisa) are responsive and competent and they are fortunate to have them as they are great to work with.

Really my only complaint with the software is the lack of control in formatting (placement of items and margins). We often end up with a lot of blank space on pages.

They have a great setup for requesting technical assistance, and their response time is same-day, mostly within an hour in my experience. They are friendly and competent to answer my questions.

The income approach is very confusing. Using the survey and needing to know the terms of the lease (sometimes I can't find out) is difficult.

It is exactly what I was looking for in appraisal software. Their team is amazing to work with and they are very responsive to customer needs.

Pasting images into documents makes them a bit blurry. In the cost approach, the only way to enter soft costs is as a percentage of hard costs.

Answers and help were quick and so friendly. Also the report presentation was appreciated by all of my clients.

Limited on the font selection. The report writer needs to be upgraded.
