You waste a lot of landscape with unimportant features. The search field window (the most important area in my opinion) is too small and constantly minimized... and a pain in the ass to navigate.
So easy to use and just an additional button on a website (like Linked In). Contacts can be pulled into other systems like Sales Force and adds the contact information seamlessly (lol).
The salesperson lied and said I could cancel the subscription with a two month penalty. When I contacted customer support they denied that and is holding me to a one year subscription.

This product helps in giving the contact details for senior/ medium / junior level roles. The best feature is the ease of use and we can report if the contact details are incorrect.

Dusti D.: Hi, I'm Dusti, and my title is a Senior Business Development Rep, and I work for a company that's about 200 people, and I'll give Seamless a five. We were using Apollo on the free version, and also just basic searches on Google to do the searches, and that was not working for us. We chose Seamless because a consultant had brought it to us to our attention, and then we tried it out, and it worked great with Sales Navigator from LinkedIn, and we've combined those two together. Seamless.AI was great to work with. It really took very little training. We did have training from the account manager and she walked us through it, as well as, it just was as simple as clicking a button on Sales Navigator, which we were already using, so it was very simple and we rolled it out in one day. I recommend Seamless to anyone who wants to gather phone numbers and email addresses off of LinkedIn, Sales Navigator. To integrate them is a no-brainer as far as upping our game by 100%.
Lucien: Hi, my name is Lucien. My role is the VP of Go-to-Market for Liven, which is 220 employees. And my rating for Lusha is four out of five. So prior to Lusha, we actually had a very manual process where our team was actually canvassing on foot in restaurants because that's the business that we run. And it was incredibly time-consuming and we were essentially asking for the details of directors and owners of businesses. And once we implemented Lusha, our team was able to essentially use this with LinkedIn to get direct mobile numbers and emails instantly, which saved an incredible amount of time getting to the right person and closing deals. We primarily chose Lusha because of the quality of the data. We actually looked at a few different tools, and in some cases the detail and the data wasn't as accurate as we would've liked. And in addition to that, we also chose Lusha because of the browser extension, which we found to be really helpful, so automatically popping up when we're in LinkedIn. And lastly, we chose Lusha because of the seamless integration with HubSpot, which is the CRM that we use, which makes it very easy to move contacts from LinkedIn to HubSpot. It was incredibly easy to set Lusha up. In terms of how they've designed the tool, they've made it very user-friendly and intuitive, and our team took to it very, very quickly. And it was really just as simple as using our existing process, which is identifying the decision-maker and Lusha would pull up the contact data very easily. If you are to consider Lusha as a tool, I would highly recommend making sure that Lusha integrates with the CRM that you're working with. Of course, there is the ability to manage contacts within Lusha itself, but I'm assuming in most cases that you're either going to be marketing or selling to the targets, and in which case, being able to seamlessly move data from Lusha to your CRM is going to make a huge difference and save you a lot of time.
