DoiT is trusted by thousands of cloud-driven organizations worldwide.
Designed for large companies, it is a cloud management tool that assists using application catalog, Kubernetes projects, and tools for automating enterprise application migration.
Additionally, DoIt has great, highly competent Engineers that are very quick to help when in need. None of this can be said about Google's own support.
Hard to find non-tracked costs, bad email summary, can't integrate to slack.
Overall very positive experience. Pleasure to work with the people, very good analytics, prompt responses and real help.
DoIt adds the missing customer obsession to Google Cloud.
They have great expertise in AWS (the platform we use) and do their best to help, not only with general advice, but also with 1-1 support calls.
Not sure that I recall any dislikes. Submitting a ticket with them is pretty straightforward.
Our overall experience with DoiT has been outstanding. Their support surpasses AWS Enterprise, with intuitive dashboards and significant cost savings through FlexSave.
Some really specific cost allocation features are still missing despite being promised for a long time. But it's understandable as those are really specific probably only to our use case.
Bitnami also provide an excellent platform to work offline on my websites. An amazing thing also about bitnami is the ease of use as it doesn't require a full knowledge of web development before use.
Sometimes it can be difficult to find the files stored on the server or find the command to manipulate the server properly.
Overall our experience has been good. The community is one nice feature.
I do not have any issue with the system crash or else. It is just I am new and find myself clumsy to operate the server.
I love that it made life easier for me when I wanted to deploy certain apps on the cloud. Not only did they offer a great trial plan, but their monthly plan was not a burden on my resources.
Its use is limited, it provides products of small size and robustness.
A great variety of innovative and latest generation applications.
Not all applications can be installed locally to perform micro tests, and at low cost. It is required to have an infrastructure in cloud, Azure, AWS or other.
