iTacit vs 360Learning: Which is a better fit?

My experience with iTacit has been fantastic. Our Customer Success Specialist has worked closely with me along the way and answered every request and question quickly and clearly.

There have been multiple log in issues for staff members, causing frustration amongst the team.

Equally appreciated, is their exceptional customer service. They are helpful, responsive, flexible and proactive in meeting our needs.

Forms Error when trying to open forms for users.

We have been happy with the customer service experience and the product. Over 90% of our staff reported they were satisfied or very satisfied with the digital migration process.

The simplicity, which is one of its main advantages, could be also a downside. It provokes a limited number of features compared with its competitors.

The targeting feature is very powerful and something I hope to take better advantage of in the future.

I think it's not the easiest software to work with.

We were happy with how quick you can create course content and reliably share with a big number of participants without a glitch. Overall very competitive in it's class from what we have used.

The missing features are integrated gamification scenarios that we could offer to more young audience.

The support staff are responsive and Andrea, the Customer Success Director, has kept in contact throughout all stages of implementation to ensure a successful company launch.

I don't see any problems that weren't easily solved on the platform.

Nice ergonomics, playful and easy to use for learners and administrators, always improving and good customer service.

Going through all this the instructional designers were in high demand so we had to improvise.

The 360Learning team has been great to work with, and very helpful throughout the implementation process. They provide various channels to obtain support, on top of the already intuitive features.

The addition of quizzes or exercises can sometimes be limited depending on our needs.
