These problems have actually been my fault and not the software. I have used several of the form types to run my system but many are not used as they did not suit the workflow of my system.
This form builder tool has been perfect for my online business. It was super easy to implement on my Shopify site and I could customize the size, layout, questions, and colors of the form.

The wufoo form is a bit expansive compared to other competitors and thier is nothing more i think is missing in wufoo forms.

I was always impressed with how friendly the help desk staff were. You can customize the template of your forms, you can set rules, set up payment integration.
It wasn't ideal, but I fully recognize it is an inconvenience that most users will not experience.

On a day to day basis, I use Wufoo to collect survey feedback from all of our customers, and then retrieve that feedback to give to the team to implement what we need to fix, and to make sure that the customer feedback is heard from the whole team. I like best about Wufoo the ability to change what is offered from week to week. It's so easy to go in and edit and change out what question I'm asking. It's very organized and user friendly. Something that I do not like about Wufoo is I feel they are a little bit old-fashioned and that the software itself could be a little bit more up-to-date.
