WeWeb vs JointJS: Which is a better fit?

The developers are very responsive and are happy to help solve any problems I have, and are quick to implement suggestions and feedback.

Lack of tutorial when I used it (it was the very beginning for WeWeb).

You can connect other tools (airtable, Shopify, Google Sheet...): really appreciate because it's easy :). Another good thing, if we have a question, the team is present to respond and find a solution.

After 7 emails sent in 10 days they never replied or corrected the errors that are on my ecommerce site.

The empowerment WeWeb provide is huge. On top of building UI, UX and plug to database very fast, the workflow interface added with the ability to write custom JS everywhere is so powerfull.

I've build a full Web-To-Store WeWeb Site with no technical skills.

It's still early days, so there's the odd bug and quirk, but overall nothing really worth mentioning.

After working with a competitor for JointJs for about 2 years we came to the point where we are limited and looking for alternatives.

The helpful documentation and excellent customer support ensure a smooth experience. This tool enhances efficiency and productivity—highly recommended for its simplicity and powerful features.

The integration with modern frameworks (e.g. React/Vue) is not ideal because of this, with no easy way to get 2-way data binding to work with components/state management libraries.

I've really enjoyed working with JointJS over the last two years, and even over that time seeing more and more really useful features getting added just in this short time span is great to see.

Easy to use- Flexible in application- Display results quickly- Easy to understand and easily improve the format to be in the desired format.
