PSA vs Ressio Software: Which is a better fit?

The customer support is very good and PSA does a good job in taking recommendations on how to make the program better and acting on it.

The fact I have to pay you for answers to problems with your software is mind blowing.

I loved the Work in progress reports to see where we are in each department and what needs to be improved. I loved that notes can be transferred from PSA to Xactanalysis, reducing double data entry.

Customer support is terrible everytime i call to speak with someone they cant answer the questions and say they will have someone get with me. 10 days go by before i hear from anyone.

When used properly it is amazing what information is available to better manage a company.

If we are paying all this money for this program to be charged extra $250 dollars for the tech team to make a report for us and anything else we might need is what I consider a bit extreme.

The ease of use is probably what I like most about this software. We were transitioning from a few other softwares to PSA, and getting everyone onboard and educated on how to use it was fast and easy.

Lack of features and integration, for the most part, it is fairly basic.

The response time is impressive and helpful. Sensitive content hidden] is the man we work with and is nothing short of amazing.

Csv file, I don't like how the data appears in the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet needs some manipulation to easily view.

We feel that the team at Ressio has integrity and really does their best to assist all of their clients like us. They are fast in returning a call or email.

Most of the time they take our suggestions so seriously that they become a function of the system.

Another great feature is the real-time expense and profit tracking. This allows you to always have a clear picture of how your business is doing financially.

It's easy to use, even for people who aren't familiar with construction software. What really impressed me was the seamless integration with QuickBooks Online for budgeting.
