And I love the uncluttered, easy to use interface. Just seems like a perfect choice for any business, but especially worthwhile for small businesses that can't afford the overpriced alternatives.
A lot of the time I get an error message stating the document was unable to be converted and it had failed but in fact it had succeeded which can be an irritation but it's not the end of the world.
What I like most about this software is that it's very easy to use. My company wanted an option other than an Acrobat product and Nuance is great.
There were NO search matches for my error within their portal AND or Google. I would stay with the Nuance version.
We needed a fast reliable PDF program that could do then just view documents and this was the clear winner.
I have uninstalled , installed, turned off my firewall, allowed execution of the software through my virus protection, etc, etc, etc. to no avail.
I have been using Nuance for over 3 years now. I have liked there software and have always received great customer service.
Text editing and overlay within existing documents was a little difficult at times to match with documents made in Adobe or Microsoft Word.
A powerful PDF editor that comes with lots of useful features: redaction, OCR recognition that supports different languages, etc.
However, the majority of image-heavy documents are too complex for it, and the performance of such documents is severely impacted.
It's easy to use it's not very too hard it's a facing type of the size the special characters and stuff like that video is easy format and how you want to use it and how you want to do it.
New version is missing some of the features from the older version.
The ability to move and delete pages, merge/append files, and sign and protect files is superior to what Adobe offers from my experience.
It's hard for a new user to master all the toolbars and find out how to do some of the common editing functions. The interface is different from Adobe, but just as feature-rich.
The ease of navigation and annotations also makes reading on my phone much more enjoyable than with other alternatives.

Nigel: My name is Nigel. I'm the managing director of the company D13 Solutions Limited. We've given Kofax Power PDF a rating of 5 out of 5. We looked at a number of PDF alternative solutions, the main one being Adobe Acrobat. We looked at lots of factors, functionality against cost to choose the one we went with. So the reasons we chose Power PDF from Kofax is due to the full availability of all the functions that we needed, and we mainly use that for editing, PDFs, semi-signature work, and a lot of conversion. So we're regularly converting office documents into PDFs and this product does that very well. And it also allows us to do PDF forms very, very easily as well. All of those features come at a great cost with Power PDF, so that's why we chose it. So the product's very easy to install and set up. The features that we use predominantly are very intuitive. There's a very good dashboard and ribbon that gives you all the main features you want to use. If you do get a little bit stuck, there's a lot of information around on YouTube and also on the help within the product to help you get the most out of it. And I'll be honest, there's so many features in there that we don't use. We can grow and grow and do more and more with it. I would definitely say download the trial. They do offer a trial period. We used that first to give it an evaluation, it's full-featured. We were absolutely delighted with it, and that's the reason why we tried it, and that's the reason why it got chosen by us because we could evaluate it in full.
