Houzz Pro vs TracFlo: Which is a better fit?

Very well designed online platform that is reliable, fun, interactive, affordable and of high quality.

Throwing their hands in the air and pointing to the policy as though they are powerless to do anything is extremely disappointing.

Now that they have added video it gives them even more of an edge. I love all of the features and the fact that you can create content within Houzz is amazing.

Should I not mention working within their budget. I am getting all the cheapskates it seems! i understand people are worried; so am I.

The features are so specifically tailored to designers and how a design firm functions - it's wonderful. I love the ability to customize shared features with clients and the rest of my team too.

The answer from Houzz on this problem is the old school mentality of relentless calling of the lead.

Houzz is great for connecting me and potential clients. A great platform for me to show my services in a space where it will reach more people then a website.

I don't like the fact we don't receive enough matches, wrong match or no response back after we respond.

I like the structure of the website. Easy to create new change order and easy to look view.

Navigating and understanding workflow can get confusing.

Some features, like voiding or rejecting or closing functions can be confusing.

Very easy to use, all Tickets nicely consolidated in one central location, expedites ticket approval process.

Labor rates do no update/refresh properly when switching between rate types (regular and premium time).

The process is easy even for me bearly computer literate.

TracFlo eliminates human error with viewing and tracking.
