What I like most is that Payhawk helps me to control the expenses and have a better view of them as I can create and download reports and be able to include all the information I need.
A lot of employees seemed to struggle with activating their cards. I feel like it was probably user error, but it was inconvenient.
Payhawk is user friendly, support is great, new features are added all the time and it is a pleasure to use.
It annoys me very much, as I have to try many, many, many times and try to find a way to fool the tool, to read/accept the correct information.
With Payhawk we have an all-in-one solution that covers all areas backed by a super strong product team.
We have been testing with the integration with NetSuite for a long period now and are still not ready to go live (currently using Sandbox) due to errors we receive when sending to NetSuite.
Very easy to use app, great with Google pay and Amazon. Love the ability to picture reciepts direct to the expense.
There is no option to archive and hide old cards. The setting up of the custom ERP process was complicated.
Very happy with my overall experience, had superb help from customer service if ever needed.
One thing I like least about Caxton is the ATM withdrawal fees, which can add up when traveling. Also, the inactivity fees are a bit frustrating if you don’t use the card frequently.
What I like most about Caxton is the convenience of managing multiple currencies with ease. The competitive exchange rates are a big plus, and the app is simple to use.
No email notifications for expense cards are a bit tedious but at least it keeps the team spending in check.
Their customer service has been great too—always quick and helpful.
We were set up quickly in just a few days, compliance checks were swift and appropriate. We used the account for accounts payable in multiple currencies and it works very well for this.
