They have messed up our Customer notes and can not fix so now we really have a mess. When I ask a question, I am told they can not answer that and they don't know why the reports look the way they do.
The Support Staff is outstanding. Every time I have needed them they have solved the problem or answered my question successfully.
Many of our month end statements have to be changed because of wrong amounts, and the payroll has bugs. I feel that we are a Beta test sight and paying them to learn of all the errors.

Using SAGE over the past ten years have been good, the upgrade to SAGE 300 is great. It has better features and better aspect to use.
Its so badly written and dated. The program has real issues with installing and conflicts with Windows basic securities.

Sage customer and tech support has never been able to explain or solve these multiple errors. Very frustrating and makes Sage 300 very unreliable.

The errors such as journal entries in locked period and batch numbers are too complicated to trace throughout the process.
