Denali Business vs TaxDome: Which is a better fit?

I like the inventory control the best. I also like the fact that Cougar Mountain has regular updates and that they are always striving to improve their product.

Because we are charged for all support calls, we hesitate to continue to complain, so we're making it work as is. If I had it all to do over again, I would probably look elsewhere.

They have messed up our Customer notes and can not fix so now we really have a mess. When I ask a question, I am told they can not answer that and they don't know why the reports look the way they do.

The Support Staff is outstanding. Every time I have needed them they have solved the problem or answered my question successfully.

Many of our month end statements have to be changed because of wrong amounts, and the payroll has bugs. I feel that we are a Beta test sight and paying them to learn of all the errors.

They are incredibly responsive and always ready to help and answer any questions. They follow up with you to ensure you are satisfied and don't have any questions.

They have poor customer service for an even worse product. Issues regularly and no resolve.

The thing I like most about TaxDome is it's simplicity. Everything is obvious and the layout is super clear.

Inability to collect client leads from Website, inability to chat with team on tasks.

Customer support has been great as have all of the training videos. I LOVE that there are training videos for the client side AND that many features allow the admin to see what the client will see.

I am also concerned with the fact that it is all-in-one. I haven't used it long enough to know but I suspect they can not do everything well.

We appreciate the customer service especially. The free trainings to ensure we get the full benefit of the various aspects of the system are wonderful.

When I ran into odd problems, it was difficult to get help fixing them. Their FAQs were too generic.

It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I like their association with Stripe, makes it feel even safer of a program to trust my money with.

I wasn't able to make a payment because it kept prompting me to enter in a zip code when that field wasn't available. I tried 3xs but was forced to use a different form of payment, which is annoying.
