Any size law firm can benefit from ZenCase's comprehensive set of features and functionality.
Child and family social service agencies that provide any of the following services: foster care, community programs, behavioral health, and residential placement.
Overall using ZenCase is a good experience, and if I do run into any issues their online support is always on top of it which I appreciate.
New email window useless because it does not assign emails to cases automatically after assigning them in Net Documents.
My favorite feature is the task management with filters and options to save searches, and the ability to make quick notes in the body of each task for ease of reference.
Terrible experience, mitigated but not completely without issues, with the integration with NetDocuments.
ZenCase is a pleasure to work with, They are always looking/finding new ways to improve their product and love customer feedback. They want their software to work the way your firm works.
It's hard to upload and rename documents, constantly logs out of net docs. Subfolders should be premade when opening a new case.
Very much enjoy working with it, as it was new to me when we started it. Besides it being slow sometimes and not being able to upload documents in tasks for reference, I enjoy the ease of it.
I understand there were some struggles in migrating from our prior time-entry program to ZenCase, but I was not directly involved in that.
Your agency's happiness is very important to them and they will go out of their way to ensure you are utilizing the system with maximum efficiency.
I think my only complaint about Kaleidacare is it is sometimes difficult to extract data.
Having worked in the social service for over 15 years, I have used several software programs. I have been very impressed with KaleidaCare's product and the amazing customer service that we receive.
There is delay and spinning when trying to complete documentation.
ExtendedReach is easy to navigate, logical, and user friendly. What I like most about this software is that the support and training provided is excellent.
It’s sometimes difficult to know where information gets pulled from.
I like the user friendliness, & the program layout and ease to navigate. Being able to use from anywhere is a great asset as well.
Some of the custom forms do not work as efficiently as the standard forms.
