eimmigration vs ZenCase: Which is a better fit?

Great software and great price. The people behind the scenes are authentic, kind and honest.

It can sometimes be confusing when the Petitioner and Alien sections conflict in completing the forms.

Cerenade's employees are also very helpful and responsive to all of my firm's needs. The value is also excellent, and I would recommend this product to anyone in this general field.

We've also wished there were a way to hide or disable the many fields we've decided not to use in different areas of the platform, in order to minimize confusion and fatigue for staff.

It is very helpful and I save time working the cases. The customer service is amazing and Vanessa is patience and clarify every question we have.

The lack of integration with Google contacts and calendar.

The difference is like day and night. I highly recommend eIMMIGRATION if you want data security, excellent feature functionality, best-in-class customer service, and the best value for your money.

The time keeping feature has limited options. We would like to be able to send a single time entry to multiple client profiles and delete or edit erroneous entries.

Overall using ZenCase is a good experience, and if I do run into any issues their online support is always on top of it which I appreciate.

New email window useless because it does not assign emails to cases automatically after assigning them in Net Documents.

My favorite feature is the task management with filters and options to save searches, and the ability to make quick notes in the body of each task for ease of reference.

Terrible experience, mitigated but not completely without issues, with the integration with NetDocuments.

ZenCase is a pleasure to work with, They are always looking/finding new ways to improve their product and love customer feedback. They want their software to work the way your firm works.

It's hard to upload and rename documents, constantly logs out of net docs. Subfolders should be premade when opening a new case.

Very much enjoy working with it, as it was new to me when we started it. Besides it being slow sometimes and not being able to upload documents in tasks for reference, I enjoy the ease of it.

I understand there were some struggles in migrating from our prior time-entry program to ZenCase, but I was not directly involved in that.
