Everything is super easy to understand and for it being my first time using opendock and to not have any issues was great.
Honestly, it is not on opendock at all, but carriers scheduling in wrong time slots or under wrong docks is my only con using the application currently.
I've never had trucks scheduled before so as a supervisor being able to plan labor and be proactive is a huge win.
For example, we have Coyote who tries to kill us with scheduling six trailers in one day. We have had to cut down the schedules/dock doors to try to limit the carrier from scheduling so heavy.
We've used Opendock for over a year now with very good success. We've saved time and money and stabilized our receiving department employee scheduling.
It's a struggle to get some carriers to use the platform.
Overall it is great and I like that most carriers are familiar with it.

The main reason why I chose Amelia for a company is easy to use, intuitive, user interface. Amelia interface is easy to use and understand, making it easy and ideal for business of overall sizes. Flexible setup, as I said earlier, Amelia Alpha is lot of flexibility when it comes to setting up the application on your system. And the automated process as well is very easy. It introduces manual labor in a lot of ways. Comprehensive reporting, analysis from the backend where you have track and trace booking system and it also helps you to make decision about your business operation. And I think the last one is integration such as accounting or easy e-commerce software. It enables all aspect of business from one place and you'll put them together and make it flexible for your operations. Oh, okay. It's very easy anyways because picking up also such an application and I think that was the first time I was working on a booking application and the documentation process was very explanatory. Yes, very explanatory and just straightforward for non-tech and tech service to make use of it. I recommend that they thoroughly search the platform to ensure that it meets all their requirements and their needs in terms of what the system really wants to accommodate as well. Okay. Also, to consider the easy use of customer service, additional fee or any other cost that has been associated with using the Amelia also establish a clear plan for integrating Amelia booking into an existing workflow.
