The ease of conversion and their quick ability to design reports that copied our existing processes were of great benefit. I am also very impressed by the personal support of their staff.
There isn't much that I dislike about this product. If anything, the only thing I dislike is that when my internet is down I cannot connect to Property Boulevard.
The customer service people are very knowledgeable, nice and respond quickly. Management reports are fabulous.
However, the absolute worst part of this program is the customer service.
The accounting solution allows for integration with the property/tenant/vendor solution at the client's disposition, which is great.
I am a relatively calm person but anytime I have to speak with him, my blood pressure rises. I honestly cannot stand him and it is appalling how there is NO ONE ELSE to talk to over there.
After an exhaustive search, we selected Property Blvd as a SAS solution and it has been a great fit for our business.
Half of the time he does not actually even solve the problem, just basically tells you to live with the malfunction and carry on.
The customer support is amazing. I have had about 4 occasions where I have needed help from the software people.
Forcing me to to write more in this field is wasting my time.
Customer support is great (the few times I've need them). The app and website are very user friendly and the reports are great.
No option to print reciepts you have to emial it then print it.
I am extremely pleased with this application and have recommended it to several friends.
I think there should be a discount or flat rate for multiple units. Charging per unit seems strange given the little amount of data per unit.

This is a very hard to choose, I am unsure if I would rather have a "connected bank" account or not. I enjoy logging expense/income myself.
Ryan S.: My name is Ryan, I'm a real estate investor, and I would give Landlord Studio a five out of five. When I started as a real estate investor I was using Excel and other products. I started to look into other solutions, including QuickBooks and other products on the app store, and when I found Landlord Studio I knew I had found the right solution for me. So I was looking for a product that would help me solve a couple problems, including consolidating everything with my business, able to track each property separately, the expenses and income, and also for tax time to be able to run reports. And I selected Landlord Studio due to not only those features and benefits, but also excellent customer service. The process to start using Landlord Studios very simple. You just start adding properties and upload your leases and documents, dates, and expenses, and it's just kind of a use as you go type software, that just in time solution makes it much easier to track your properties in real time. If you're considering using Landlord Studio I highly recommend it. You can start with a trial and just test out one or two properties in the beginning, but it's excellent for any landlord from one property up to multiple. And I highly recommend testing it out and seeing if it is the right solution for you and your business. It has been for me, and I think it will be for you as well.
