Workvivo vs Ziik: Which is a better fit?

Super user-friendly, visually pleasing, and great customer service. It serves its purpose in a fun and modern way.

It's a bit confusing to find out how to post a shoutout - I managed to work it out in the end.

We have been using Workvivo as a firm for nearly 2 years and I have been impressed with how user friendly it is and the ability to engage with employees across multiple sites using this platform.

On the android app, there is no way to add a picture to your comment. Because of these two things I am either having to flick between using both for one response, or am just not commenting.

Very positive, can do approach - extremely responsive to questions, and issues (from our side) and supportive.

No updates at present as we are still relatively new to using the system.

There are loads of great features, which are constantly being expanded upon. We've seen great engagement success with live streamed events, competitions and when sharing important business updates.

Set up was tricky but that might have been user error.

Great as an intranet for our company, the chat function is easy. It was pretty easy to set up.

Sometimes the notification disappeared and you missed it.

Ziik is effective because it's familiar and focussed. Familiar because the design and UX resembles that of popular Social Medias, making it intuitive to use from day 1 for any user.

We do not use documents as it was very inconvenient that you cannot change the existing document.

The initial contact and onboarding process was smooth and Ziik ensured that we deployed the solution with the best possible user acceptance.

Ziik has been really quick to react to missing features.

The overall experience of having all our information in the same place and that it is easy to find and share is 10/10. We really like the manuals/handbooks function and of course the chat as well.
