The customer service is excellent and has been great to solve all of out doubts from the day 1.

It's sad because if they spent a few years cleaning up the beast that they've created, it could be a match for Revit. As is, it's a severely bloated Sketchup pretending to be a BIM package.

Thanks to the creators of this wonderful tool that allows you to solve many problems in the automated mode. And happy received files compatible with other programs.

Instead of giving users what they need, modify the GUI and give them a bunch of useless crap to try to get them to buy the newest version. This is sloppy software development at its finest.

It sometimes seems illogical, as when you mess up your desktop, you basically can't go back.

What I like most about Archicad, especially version 25 that I had the chance to test, is the ease of use. But above all of handling as well.

Sometimes i forget how to use the comment as well, because there is no a such preferring comment bellow guide me to use this application. So i prefer to add another comment bar for user guidden.

Really developed software the most thing i love about it is it's simplicity and flexibility.

After several attempts to open the file from the flash drive I realized that I had no way of opening the it due to the fact that the program is in a CPF format.

So simple and easy to use what make it one of the most flexible chosen products to do your works and make smart designs and use architectural tools effectively.

The software limitations are one of the bad things in it, it requires a really powerful high-quality computer so as the works be more fluent and quick to use.

Low cost CAD tool, compared to the best known on the market, with a lot of function and easy to understand. Allows you to make any design.

When placing a feature, I don't know how to install only one. I have to cut the second item in order to switch features to be installed.

The cost was one of the main reasons that I purchased this product. The system was relatively easy to learn and the quality of the product was decent for the price.

The company's customer service is aggressive but unhelpful.
