The customer service is excellent and has been great to solve all of out doubts from the day 1.

It's sad because if they spent a few years cleaning up the beast that they've created, it could be a match for Revit. As is, it's a severely bloated Sketchup pretending to be a BIM package.

Thanks to the creators of this wonderful tool that allows you to solve many problems in the automated mode. And happy received files compatible with other programs.

Instead of giving users what they need, modify the GUI and give them a bunch of useless crap to try to get them to buy the newest version. This is sloppy software development at its finest.

It sometimes seems illogical, as when you mess up your desktop, you basically can't go back.

What I like most about Archicad, especially version 25 that I had the chance to test, is the ease of use. But above all of handling as well.

Sometimes i forget how to use the comment as well, because there is no a such preferring comment bellow guide me to use this application. So i prefer to add another comment bar for user guidden.

I like the pricing aspect the most. It is also important to have cabinets and aspects that can be modified to show client nice, realistic renderings.

3D rendering for clients to show their kitchen and being able to price it, otherwise I hate being forced to use it. We hate the cloud browser.

It's easy to use and the end reports look great. I love the cloud imports for adding character and the ability to import our own textures, countertop, flooring and artwork.

The most frustrating software I use for work. I unfortunately have to use this almost daily for designing cabinetry, and ordering.

Like the ease of creating a design, customers love to see a visual rendering of what they are buying before committing.

Still struggling with color pictures for presentations.

Full color catalogs allow for realistic presentation to clients. Ability to customize colors and textures makes it fun and clients appreciate the extra effort.
