First off I would like to say thank you for all of your help. We are truly enjoying using noteable.
I have also encountered errors when a change has been made to a form and staff who normally would have access to it, are unable to access it.
There are so many built in features that ensure you, as a practitioner, have an easy job in managing and ensuring quality care.
There are no aspects of the product that are difficult to use. The integration process was smooth once all employees became accustomed to the layout of the site.
The team loves how user friendly it is. We would like to take special notice to your sense of urgency in helping work out our kinks, as we are new to this side of mental health.
Does not have a visable spell check button-or am i missing it.
This system is super user friendly. My direct contact is always very helpful when I need things changed or updated, which has helped with implementation significantly.
The difficulties we experience are when our staff makes an error and the system blocks us from completing progress notes. However, this is an agency issue and not Noteable's.
The ability to cutomize the software to meet different needs and report on different metrics is another wonderful benefit of the software and one we take advantage of often.
Currently, the order is very sporadic and disjointed through each page.
We are also impressed by the wonderful customer service and accessabilty of Fhases staff for assistance with technical issues.
Fhases can sometimes be difficult to navigate with multiple screens.
This software has the ability to grow with your program and They are always prepared to help and very responsive when we have needed them.
Health Access Coordinators can get "locked out" of Fhases, which requires that another user stop what they are doing and unlock the system.
I think that customer service is most important with any product and this team is the best. They respond right away and are able to implement changes or requests quickly.
At this moment there isn't any thing that I don't like about the system.
Robert C.: Hi. I am Robert, working here as a mental health programs coordinator at Life Services Incorporated with the employee side of around 20. And I'll rate Notable a four. So before Notable, we were actually using paper. We did not have any electronic system at all, and the biggest thing was just being up-to-date in efficiency with documentation, and requirements, with everything handling business within the industry. All right. James from Notable pretty much did a great job explaining, and was very knowledgeable of the site, and helped us along the way as far as giving us presentations on exactly what we needed for our company, and did a great job walking us through everything we needed to build our own site. So upon us having our final meeting, everything was just great. He was just very personable, and understanding, and knowledgeable of everything that was required, not only from local, and state regulations, but within our company expectations. Getting started, we definitely ran into some hiccups, but like I said, James was very helpful. It was just little things that when we first started, we needed to try it out, actually use it hands-on to figure out if we wanted to use it in that form, or wanted to try something else. And as I became knowledgeable myself, we fixed through kinks, and got through everything that we needed to in order to make it run efficiently for the company. Some advice for anyone looking into Notable, definitely know your job requirements, and what you guys do on a day-to-day basis, in and out prior to helping, or getting the assistant to build out your site, to build out your site so that way, you can give whoever is assisting you as much knowledge about what they need to do to help, because they're going to help you figure everything out, and go along the way. And they're really hands-on with doing everything. I still talk to James if need be to fix any kinks, or anything I need to fix, but just being knowledgeable 1000% on every aspect in which you'll use Notable.
