Simply.Coach vs Profi: Which is a better fit?

The entire experience was seamless and it helped give a wonderful overview of the Impact of our leadership development programs.

I find it a bit confusing to navigate the platform. I just started using it and I still haven't completely mastered it.

The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Responses are timely, it's always a yes or we work to a solution, and a lovely & talented team to work with.

The admin part of coaching is always something that is the least value adding to a coach's time, especially given we have limited hours.

There are personal walk thrus, super responsive support, and a can-do attitude that impresses me.

I believe the collation of data was a bit of a problem but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] & team have already been thinking of how to make it more succinct and in one place.

Overall, my experience with Simply Coach has been terrific. Staff have been supportive from initial contact and through all stages.

There are very few options where the software balances the needs of running a multi-coach business with enhancing the coaching experience of clients - Simply Coach strikes that balance well.

Profi has outstanding customer service. Our Customer Success Partner Andrew is always responsive and helps to quickly resolve any issues we have.

Unable to reorder questions on forms. No where for me to store forms I need to fill out for clients.

Profi was really quick and easy to set up (calendar, services, clients, forms, landing page ...). It has a beautiful, clean interface and is a pleasure to use every day.

The only thing i dont like is getting an email every time someone signs up. This can be annoying when you have hundreds sign up in one day.

There are no glitches or hassles with online sessions (a Godsend!). Being a reliable and solid platform - it has created greater trust and satisfaction with clients.

In a service page if I add a button to open an external link. The button doesn't work well.

I love that you can schedule sessions and automate your clients workflows. I also like the template and builder for designing programs, simple and elegant experience for the client.

I need a group coaching sessions option in programs - there are workarounds, but those create unnecessary booking process complications for our clients, which isn't ideal.
