The ability to ship swag to customers straight from Salesforce but also by sending them a link to choose their own is amazing and has helped us with a number of sales and marketing campaigns.
The reporting functionality can be quite frustrating. It's not customizable - you can only filter by date range.
They make it super easy to create one account for the company, but have the ability to split it between teams within the company (Marketing, Customer Success, HR, etc.) which has been a huge help.
I know they are working on getting Printfection reporting data back into Salesforce but that's really the only thing missing right now for us.
The most amazing thing about Prinfection is that they handle the entire fulfillment lifecycle.
It's difficult to know where to click for what. For each campaign, a new webhook needs to be created for the Marketo integration to work.

You waste a lot of landscape with unimportant features. The search field window (the most important area in my opinion) is too small and constantly minimized... and a pain in the ass to navigate.
So easy to use and just an additional button on a website (like Linked In). Contacts can be pulled into other systems like Sales Force and adds the contact information seamlessly (lol).
The salesperson lied and said I could cancel the subscription with a two month penalty. When I contacted customer support they denied that and is holding me to a one year subscription.

Appears that the dashboard is filled with useless upsells. Hate to say it but you get what you pay for (and that is questionable in the case of this tool).

We were using Apollo on the free version, and also just basic searches on Google to do the searches, and that was not working for us. We chose Seamless because a consultant had brought it to us to our attention, and then we tried it out, and it worked great with Sales Navigator from LinkedIn, and we've combined those two together. Seamless.AI was great to work with. It really took very little training. We did have training from the account manager and she walked us through it, as well as, it just was as simple as clicking a button on Sales Navigator, which we were already using, so it was very simple and we rolled it out in one day. I recommend Seamless to anyone who wants to gather phone numbers and email addresses off of LinkedIn, Sales Navigator. To integrate them is a no-brainer as far as upping our game by 100%.
