I like the layout and ease of use. I think the price is fair and the quality is great most of the time.
The tools that are available in this software at the time of trial, there is some problem in doing it if you do it from mobile.
My overall experience with Rev is great. I love working with this software and would recommend it to anyone looking for transcription/caption/subtitle software.
We have received a few transcripts with errors but not many.
So far so good with Rev. Love how easy it is to place an order, the quality of work, and the speed I get my videos sent back to me with captions. Definitely will be using Rev more in the future.
Some Audio files' quality is very poor and bad.
I was able to save my audio from other system and share it with Rev. The turnaround time to complete the job was super fast and the output was quality.
Our field has a lot of technical words that are not very common, it struggles with these, also with any brand-specific words.
It efficiently automates this task, leading to notable benefits such as time savings, cost reductions, and enhanced physician focus on patient care.
At this time I do not have anything that I dislike about DeepCura.
Certainly very helpful in generating comprehensive HPI on which I used to spent a lot of time and also generating very good Plan which can also be used for patient instructions.
The only disadvantage I can see is possibly having to create a document for patients to sign, allowing them to be recorded prior to every visit.
This feels as though it ultimately increases quality of clinical care. I appreciate that documentation can be sent easily to patients or exported to necessary providers.
At this time I am not able to identify anything I dislike about Deepcura AI.
Easy to work with and new features getting added at a good pace. They have their HIPAA trust report to give us their confidence.
The providers are relying on accurate and complete documentation, and the AI system is not gaurenteed to make errors in translation.
Richard L.: Hello, I'm Rick, and I actually own three companies, but in total I would say that we probably have about 400 people that work for us. And Rev, I would give a rating of about a four out of five. Really what we were doing before we discovered Rev was pretty much taking things. We used it for video training, and those types of things, and then trying to put it into print. So what we were doing was we were actually doing it all by hand, listening to it, rewind it, listening to it, and those types of things. Once we discovered Rev, we were able to pretty much put it on automatic. It automatically does all the transcribing for you. All you have to do is go for, and just briefly check it, and make sure it's exactly what it is that you want, and boom, you're done. So the reason why we chose Rev was because we found it to be the easiest to use and implement across the different platforms as far as desktop, phone and those things. It's really easy to upload everything that you need to do, and get it done as far as within transcripts, and then you can just print it out, put it into different manuals that you're wanting to do, or however that you're using it. So Rev was really pretty much a no-brainer. Getting started with Rev, there's always going to be a learning curve when you're dealing with something new, and different. The great thing is they had some great help, tutorials, and those types of things that really got you through. In any ways, if you contact their support, they'll help you through it, and get you done without a problem, or a slip up. So if you're looking to get Rev, and you're trying to make things as far as your transcribed documents, or voice recordings, meetings, and those types of things, so that way you have a paper trail, or at least something that you can put, and use in print, they're great. It is an easy product, and at the same point in time, like I said, it's a no-brainer.
