Beey is ideal for journalists, researchers, content creators, educators, students, podcasters, and media professionals who need accurate transcription, subtitling, and translation services.
It is just a wonderful experience and I will continue using the software for a long time I think, that is because of the friendly user interface and accessibility of using its feature.
Since this is an AI assistant that responds to voice, there are bound to be problems.
The interface and bubble style interface for identifying speakers are super useful. Being able to train the software to recognize your own or other voices is also quite useful.
The editor's quick keys are weird. Frequently, I discovered that a key did two things at once when I only wanted it to do one.
Even if I want to upload an image or insert a comment, all of that is easy to use. It has access to different applications like zoom, which is very nice.
Have yet to find a problem in the app. I mean it has a quick widget on iOS also.
Accurate transcription in real time, integrates with zoom- Super easy to use- Variety of features, including speaker identification, smart notes, and search and share- Affordable pricing plans.
I synced my calendar, but it started picking up things I didn't want to record and became annoying, so I disconnected it.
Guy G.: Hi, my name is Guy. I am the director of a small health and fitness consultancy company. And I would give Otter 5 out of 5. Before Otter, I used Microsoft Word a little bit for transcribing, but it was nowhere near as good as Otter. Otter just changed the game in terms of transcribing audio into text. There's loads of reasons why we chose Otter. I think the speed and ease of implementation is really important. It's really simple to just open the web browser. Another thing, though, is using it on the mobile app and being able to sync all those notes up. So just being able to record a speech or conversation or podcast or whatever, and having that transcription ready to then reuse very quickly. Those are the two main things. I don't think it could have been easier to get started with Otter. Very simple setup. No technical skills needed at all. You literally just need to sign up, get a login, and you can hit record and away you go. If you're thinking of getting Otter for your company, I would just get on the website and give it a... I'm pretty sure there's a free trial. Just start using it. The best advice is, yeah, just start using it. You'll find out how easy it is. I'm sure there's lots more you can do with it. But in terms of just being able to transcribe some text or speech or from a conference, super simple to get started.
