I really liked that I learned more about analyzing data with this, it was awesome how everything was so easy to comprehend.
I think that irritates me in adobe analytics is that it is hard to use in the beginning so you have to study it deeply if you want to get more out of it.
Overall I have liked this software program so far- I am big on Customer Service and this would be a great way for us to better understand and serve our Customers.
Sometimes Adobe Analytics can be slow, and sometimes certain tools will simply not work. I've been frustrated on occasion when I receive constant errors in the Workspace module.
It has a combination of many powerful features like Channel and marketing analytics and Predictive analytics. All of these features are very powerful.
It can be difficult to implement. Unlike Google Analytics, there are very few out-of-the-box integrations with Adobe Analytics.
It is a great platform to understand your customer's journeys to your website, the platform is one of the best in finding out the revenue metrics as well as the other marketing metrics.
Along with being dev dependent, its extensions building for launch is difficult. It learning curve is steep and pro-level skills are needed to get hands-on on it.
I highly recommend Ibotta for those looking to expand their horizons and help discover the best results.
Sometimes it denies a rebate and I have to debate it, when I know it's correct.
Mobile App is SUPER easy to use. I can save money at dozens of stores.
I also dislike how they take $4 out of your earnings after a few months of inactivity, then keep taking out more money. You can't cash out until you've reached $20 in your account.
I like that I can save money on each purchase using their coupons.
I sometimes with they would just leave things the way they are instead of changing things.
I love that Ibotta is Free. I haven't had it very long and have already made $20 back.

You can really drill down and view visitors on a pretty granular level. Adobe Analytics is definitely an advanced platform, and it does take some ramp up time. The learning curve is very steep, and there are a lot of very specific things that anyone needs to learn who's going to use it.
