I like the appearance for the most part, clarity of wording and ability to track the progress of submissions and status updates on things.
Sometimes maneuvering in the program may take a little longer than expected. However, I believe that this problem is not e-Builder's but our company's band width that is the problem.

I have now used the site diary app on to projects in different construction sectors. I find it's functionality and ease of use very impressive and has been quickly adopted by colleagues.
The app is unstable at times and tends to crash halfway through a daily entry. When it crashes all the entered data is lost and has to be reentered.

We have recently been using the Site Diary app on one of our sites. The quality of records has dramatically improved and made the lives of the people producing the records a lot easier.
I have to create a new entry if I wished to separate them and attached photos to them. Can't record deliveries, issues and accidents relevant to the activity on the same entry.

What we use e-Builder for is schedule control, document control. We use it for some workflow management. And then we also use it for I guess a little bit of analytics, but not as much on the analytics side. Wow. To pick one thing is pretty tough, but I think just the fact that it's an all-in-one solution. It really meets all of the needs that we have to manage a design or a construction or design build project from start to finish. I think what I like least is probably the same thing that I like most, is that it is kind of an all-in-one. So for some of our smaller, less robust projects, it's kind of overkill. We would like to, I think, be able to use certain pieces of it, like just the schedule piece or just the document management piece potentially, opposed to having to use the entire thing.
