Amaka vs TIBCO Cloud Integration: Which is a better fit?

The turnaround time from the moment of submitting the form and the integration being activated is great. The support response time and efficiency are amazing.

Missing records: after integration, some of my transactions were missing.

Amaka's Customer Service is superb. Sensitive content hidden] was super lovely and was able to rectify my issue quickly and efficiently and saved me HEAPS of time trying to solve it myself.

Lack of choice with how to customise the fee processing or the account codes that they were mapped against.

For my most recent experience, I worked with [sensitive content hidden] who is great to work with as she is very responsive, helpful, and understands the systems very well.

There were a few errors with syncs but all sorted once discussed with Customer service.

The customer support is amazing. The support person have clearly outlined the issues that was rasied, and was able to solve it within matter of minutes.

I may have difficulties in the future when I make changes in Xero and then require these changes to be reflected in Square for future transactions.

Its been very great tool during silverlight version and has gone to extra ordinary tool with latesth upgrade. Any cost reductions would help Scribe in achieving greater success.

Opening a map and then attempting to open an existing "Native Query" block occasionally displays just a white modal screen with no UI elements.

The performance and Error reporting is brilliant and ease of the drag and drop map designers are brilliant and responsive (especially compared to Silverlight).

More technical and requires consultant assistant and still limited to what data sources it can connect with.

We have used it for ETL migration, It is simply superb. Best thing about scribe is easy to learn and adopt the technology.

Ive also had an ongoing error that prevents me from seeing or changing block objects in both FF and Chrome.

What I like most is that you don't have codes to integrate configurations. Easy graphics with the ability to trade off with someone else to finish projects.

That being said, the old Silverlight client was often difficult to use, the debugger was very unreliable, and it was quirky, especially in modern browsers.
