The gamification features, points and badges, are fun and appeal to some more than others. Campaigns are amazing, such a great feature and lovely way to refresh the look of the platform regularly.

Emails are not always customised, and notification of content doesn't notify the learner. Lack of information/documentation around the product and the background as to how some of the features work.

The experience of having THRIVE as a partner is an amazing one and it's a pleasure to work with you. The team has gone above and beyond to answer our queries and is always there for us.

Some of the functionality can be odd - eg why can't we get live information on points, some people really want to know where they are on the leader board.

Thrive is a wonderful engaging platform. They bring learning functionality an fun together to engage learners.
