I would say most of the services offered are great and reliability is top tier.

It was originally Qwest and CenturyTel, and Qwest has always had billing issues. It seems the merger brought out the worst in both companies.

Century link is a great internet and home phone provider ive used them in the past and the speed of my internet was amazing.

And this part kills me, no matter what number you press, what you say, who you say it to, as a business you will ALWAYS 100% of the time end up in the home call center every time you call.

But from asking around, it seems like everyone is hard stuck to around 50mbps via Wifi no matter what. It could be the free modem they provided is just bad.

The most impaction feature is the security and have a lot of good functions for all the companies or users.

Customer support is difficult. It was hard to get ahold of somebody when something went down.

Their reliability is outstanding, maintenance is properly planed and concise. We are very satisfied with their VPS service as it has been low latency and speedy throughout the years.

I'm never on an RBL and my users aren't spammers, but I think this happens because a provider decides to just block all of an atlantic.net IP range.

What I like is the protection from malware and hackers. Once I was trained, the ease of access and utilization was greatly appreciated.

Not sufficient protection against some security threats.

I would highly recommend Atlantic to anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider with excellent support. They exceed my expectations.

Downgrades require a serve destroy and snap shot recover.
