Metricool is super intuitive and easy to use. It makes funny and relaxed the social media management.
The ONLY complaint I had about Metricool was that you could not post the first comment on Instagram, and BAM. They just fixed that this week.
The ability to schedule my posts allowed me to save time and maintain a constant presence on my social media. Being able to plan and automate my content in advance was a real lifesaver for me.
This should work with Instagram too, because sometimes is annoying just to get a reminder than the auto post.
The integration between Canva and Metricool is the best feature in my opinion. Also, the feature where I can see right in the schedule when my audience will be online the most is awesome.
However, it is NOT possible to add a link to Pinterest Pins in Autolists which basically makes it useless. This needs to be worked on ASAP.
I love how i can check up on my competitors or potential clients, this helps me in convincing them that they need my services, presenting to clients a nicely styled comprehensive report is a big plus.
Somewhat expensive, and doesn't facilitate all platforms (no reddit or pinterest for example).
I use Business Suite almost 5 times monthly, the ability of schedule posts it's pretty awesome. Some recent updates gives you the opportunity of use the AI in your favor.
When publishing on both platforms Facebook & Instagram, Instagram photo is distorted and ruined. MIssing some basic features that worked fine before.
From the ease of using the phone app to update and have it seamless show up on the desktop version is super easy to use.
The customer service is the worst of any software we've ever used. We get a response multiple weeks after sending a request, if we even get a response.
It helps me post, read and reply messages from Instagram and Facebook without opening the app. It is Amazing and I love it.
Facebook Business Suite Fails in so many ways.
Automated Posting and Post Scheduling for me are their best features. It helps me save time on doing my business in my Facebook account.
Very good tools, but not hesitant to put restrictions on advertising accounts and often very difficult to recover.
Mike: Hi, I'm Mike. I'm the founder of Emotion, a digital marketing agency based in Spain. We serve clients here in Spain and Latin America. At the moment, we are four people in the company with three freelancers, which I hope we can include them soon as well in the company. We do digital marketing, going from website building to social media, email marketing, sales funnels with webinars and advanced chatbots. And for Metricool, I give them four out of five stars. Before using Metricool, we were actually using the social media apps themselves. So, the social media manager would log into each of the accounts within Facebook or Instagram, mainly those accounts. And then, we started playing a little bit with... What's it called? Facebook business, I forgot what it's called again. But then, you can also connect and you can post, schedule posts and everything. The problem that we have with those two approaches that the first one, you have to install and you have to give the account to every social media manager, which is not a great idea, especially nowadays that everything can get hacked so easily. And with the second approach using Facebook itself, it's not that intuitive. The interface was really not so user-friendly, and sometimes even when there's... In the inbox, you would reply to people, it would still mark as not replied and stuff. So, it was quite hectic the tools that we were using before that. So, the main reason that we chose Metricool was that we could have everything in just the one platform. So, the social media manager could just log in into Metricool, and check out comments and DMs from that platform and reply to them easily. The second part, of course, is scheduling, so we could easily see, because there's some analytics as well with the Metricool. So, we could easily figure out what time of day and which days are best for that business to post on, so that we get the most engagement. And then, I would also say that just the analytic parts is really interesting because aside from knowing when is the best time, we can also actually check out every month like, okay, what's our engagements on this channel? Have we improved which posts or reels or whatever it is that we're using, which ones are working the best? We can see it out all from a bird's eye view. And then, we also have the analytics... Well spy, I would say spyware more or less, that we can take a look at the main competitors of the business that we serve. So, we can take a look at what they are doing and what is working for them. So, we can maybe not replicate, but we can actually... We have an advantage of not knowing anything to knowing what is working, what is not. So for Metricool, it was pretty easy. The setup itself was done by myself, just looking at it online, they also have... So, here in Spain for example, they have also support in Spanish, which helped us as well. And then, it was quite easy for our social media managers also to hop on board. So actually, we didn't really need any outside help. If there was something, that people from Metricool helped us as well. So, if you're looking for a platform in which you can easily manage your social media for yourself or for clients, I would recommend it, because it gives you not only the opportunity to schedule a post, but also to have the analytics to see what's working, what is not working, so you can pivot when necessary. And also, you can have a look at what your competition is doing, what is working for them, so you can actually fine tune better your strategies. So, one of the main things that we have noticed over the past year is that a lot of small to medium-sized businesses are struggling with social media, because they are just posting, because everyone is on it. But just posting, just because you have to be there, it takes away a lot of energy and effort, and definitely to have a better control of what you're doing and it's getting results. That's why I would recommend Metricool by far.
