This month I was charged a random outrageous amount that wasn't supposed to be billed and I have yet gotten a straight answer about them getting it corrected.
Easy to set-up, customer service is amazing, affordable compare to other platforms.

For example, if I make a mistake and fail to credit the customer for their security deposit upon move out, there is nobqay to correct that mistake in the financial records.
Great feature set for the price. Customer service has been incredibly responsive and helpful during the transition from our previous software.
Always have trouble with locking out, and unlocking out, cannot void payments once paid by accident by the customer.
Taking credit cards at a very good rate saves money and is a great service to our customers. This is just the beginning because the reports for tax time is going to save us time and money too.
Takes sometime getting use to the program. The most recent problem is when Microsoft does updates the program has trouble talking to the gate system software.
The software is easy to use, and if I need help the tech-support is wonderful. They are prompt to call back and help me through any difficulties I may be having.
It lacks an accounting report system. Which makes it really difficult to keep records of expenditure and accounts.
Tonya I.: Hello, my name is Tonya. I'm an Operations Manager for a mid-size property management firm located in Miami. We have been using Entrata for 16 years and have been very happy. I give this product definitely five out of five. Prior to switching to Entrata, we used one site, used a couple different products there, as well as ERD. Those were great, but definitely have benefited from switching. We were looking for all inclusive solution that also would be cost effective. The greatest benefit that we saw in Entrata is that it had all the different modules that were addressing our needs in terms of prospect portal, resident portal, accounting suite, as well as document management and generating [inaudible 00:00:50] lead management, really all in one and, throughout the years, we have used all those products. One other feature that I think really separates Entrata from others is that it caters to student properties and has a large number of operators and owners in student housing using this product. We really loved the roommate matching feature that exists in Entrata, so that was very helpful to us. The onboarding and migration process was very straightforward. We had a dedicated team that was assigned to us initially. We started way ahead and worked through the high level items in terms of setting up us as a company, general ledger, all GL codes, all the important stuff as well as everything on the leasing side. And then, we were migrating at first one property at a time and then a couple at a time, and it was pretty straightforward. The downtime was about maybe a week, and that was long time ago. Now, they have a self migration tool that allows to do it almost instantly, so long you're prepared and can roll with it. Currently, I think you have two options and we actually utilized both options recently with the recent migrations. You can have them help to migrate or you can do self migration, so both options were available. But, again, that was very organized, methodical, straightforward and, before you go live, you have a chance to review everything and sign off on everything to make sure you really confirmed and completed everything as you wanted. Just if someone had already made up their mind to switch, just really, prior to migration, make sure that you have everything cleaned up in your old system, so whatever data you're bringing in is clean and there are no errors remaining. Check your deposit reports, your resident aged payables, vendor aging, all of those reports, making sure you're 100% ready to migrate. Other than that, that will be smooth sailing.
Tyler: Hi, I'm Tyler, and my title is operations manager in the real estate industry, and I give Self Storage Software at five out of five. So prior to using Self Storage Software, we were just kind of balancing our daily tasks on different spreadsheets, Word documents. It was extremely inefficient. The choice to move over to Self Storage Software was pretty easy. Just did some Googling, looked at the reviews and we decided to choose them. We chose Self Storage Software because the software was incredibly easy to use. It was user-friendly and it really revolutionized the way that we manage the properties. We're a smaller operation where previously we were just using spreadsheets and Word documents so it was really messy. Now we have a better grip on everything in terms of availability of units, when customers are moving in, when they're moving out, their payment status, liens, and auctions. We can easily run reports that lets us know when to send out letters, when to do liens, when to do lockouts. Now everything's basically very easy to maintain to manage, and we're very happy with it. The integration and onboarding process was extremely easy. Customer service was available around the clock through phone and through email. They really helped us get a better grip on managing all of our paper stacks, our Excel spreadsheets. They were able to take some of the information extrapolated and even help us create automated electronic records for everything. Something else I really enjoyed was we also had a whole bunch of paper for each customers like our self storage management agreements, our certified mail receipts. We were able to take that, scan it, and then put it into the system so everything's electronic and I can access it everywhere. I would highly recommend this software. Purchase it today. It's worth every penny. You'll come out ahead. We own a very small 52 unit self-storage facility a couple hours away, and by purchasing this product, we've revolutionized the way we are doing business. We have a better grip, better control over all of our tenants, our availability. Everything's automated now, and we can access our records on our iPhone, on our computer. It's great.
