Dubb is designed for sales teams of small and large companies like. The software is designed for teams (enterprise or SMB) but also accomodate solopreneurs.

It is user-friendly and simple to use. They genuinely do their hardest to help their customers run their businesses better and expand more successfully.
Because of that, and my personal nature, I'm very blunt and to the point. So, I often come off as a jerk much of the time.
It has it all, you can send campaigns (love that part) with videos. And the videos you send are interactive, so easy and so useful, our viewers love it and are just amazed with it.
I hated that I paid such a high price expecting white labelling video for my agency. Turns out Dubb does not offer that.
Very nice platform with a lot of great options and the company [SENSITIVE CONTENT] offered an excellent way of onboarding onto their platform. They are polite and experts in their field.

Quality analytics tracking, great interface, and solid customer support (and helpful videos on YouTube!).
No substantial problems. There is a learning curve but there are lots of videos to get you over the humps and also a chat feature.
Viloud is an amazing way to create your own TV channel that is easy to use, affordable, and it has a great customer support team that is always there for you.
As your channel grows you have to constantly pay for more storage and bandwidth so that can be costly over time.
The thing I like most about the software is its ease of use and then when you do have a question, the customer service is terrific. They answer me quickly and they give me real, honest answers.
I find that because I'm not technical, I have to learn a lot of new things at the same time and that can be frustrating and very slow in setting up my channel.

I use Dubb for a couple of different uses. It is an incredibly profitable tool when you're using it within Microsoft 365 and Outlook. You can use it for templated videos that you want to share with different prospects and customers, to share in material that you've already created, and you can private label it, if you will, into giving specific introduction to one of your clients or one of your prospects. And that's all done within Outlook. And then you can also record and quote videos on the fly in Outlook as well. And that gives you an amazing ability to really connect with your customer prospect by providing them not just your words, but your visuals, including your face and whatever screen you might want to share with them, if you so desire. In addition, it also works on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets to record videos quickly, even when you're not in the office. Amazing tool, many features, and much more. As an expert in technology and time management, I really appreciate the ability to do Dubb-productive materials within moments from on your computer or your smartphone, or leveraging the ability to record on the fly and send messages to people immediately after you get done talking with them, maybe in a review of opportunities or a sales call. And the ability to do things so quickly is one of the greatest features of Dubb. I would say the only thing about Dubb is that they're continuing to improve the product, and it's been amazing. I've been working with the product and the Dubb team since 2019, and every year the product gets even better and even more powerful. So the only thing I'd say is that I'm waiting excitedly for the new features to come out in the future, and that will make Dubb even more powerful.
