EVA Check-in vs B-Line: Which is a better fit?

It is easy to access and easy to direct people on how to use. It was good that we had the ability to sign people out.

Once you sign in the first response is to then sign out, some users get confused and think they are logging out of the system. I think there should be another landing page before.

This is a great product, from what I see, and it is so easy to use so that helps tremendously.

We haven't really noticed any lack of feature with Eva Check-in. They are adding new ones with every update.

Ability to setup profiles is great I liked the reporting and I was confident they we not selling our data.

It needs a location services functionality enabled to remind people when close to venue to check in and also check people out when they leave a venue.

Good functionality and cost effective, good integration with mobile phone technology.

Along with that we are able to keep track of people so if in emergency we can check who is on site or not.

Great UX and super easy to use. Helped modernize the security of my office exponentially.

This is difficult as there are limited spaces where one can have private meetings.

I like being able to access the building through my phone and not an external card, and booking meeting rooms through the app is great.

Sometimes it take me many tries to get the correct block of time for meeting room booking because it automatically picks the time period and it's difficult to adjust.

Additionally, the app's features are robust yet straightforward, offering a comprehensive solution without overwhelming the user.

If I forget my cellphone or it dies I could not access the building.

Easy to use, fast, and reliable app. Allows me and my colleagues to accomplish everything we needs for a flexible work from home / in office culture.

Not sure if it works while app is closed, but that could be handy.
