IntelliTransTMS vs GroundCloud: Which is a better fit?

Nice feature that improves our performance tracking. Team at Intellitrans is very reactive.

When it is not working properly, some times a challenge to correct and the inability to change ( back date a load) has caused some issues.

Monitoring load tendering and setting up alerts is extremely easy. Ability to obtain information around spend in specific areas is great.

When customers have trouble making appointments. They need a trouble shoot page.

I have used other systems, and this is better in many of the areas. There are always things to improve though.

It's annoying having to reschedule just to add a time and dock door.

Simple and effective - An improvement in your supply chain.

Probably 10x the lines of information than necessary. Very difficult and un-intuitive how it is layed out.

The integration has been solid. I love the ability to not only track location but delivery progress of my team or in the field.

Really nothing I can think of has a negative impact on the operation of my business.

I view them as a valuable partner in my business. The team is great and [sensitive content hidden] is a great leader who I feel has our best interest at heart.

Billing is a little confusing when you are new.

Of all the products on the market for P&D contractors, GroundCloud is hands down the best. The have the best products and great customer service.

Sometimes there is a delay with the GPS tracking data.

Overall great customer service and great features. The program really helps us run a good company.

When using the desktop version on safari, whenever you select something from the menu on the left, there is no option to go back.
