The software does what it is supposed to do. Any time I need help with a configuration or just have something simple to tackle, support is there and happy to help.
There is so much that has been added, sometimes I get lost when trying to build a new report or trigger.

Navigating between the different regions is not seamless. Slow load times, especially when trying to manage large resources and limited search functionality are painful most of the time.
