In general, the documentation is good, integration is easy, and the dashboard gives the relevant info. I would recommend using the service if you consider integrating to few shipping carriers.
There is no direct integration with WooCommerce--or, to my knowledge, with other ecommerce platforms.
Overall, EasyPost is cost effective when it comes to finding the best postage rates.
It's very customizable but ridiculously difficult to set up simple tasks in.

The customer service is outstanding. The folks in Utah are always very nice and very helpful.
Does not give refund when an order is cancelled. Or error needs to be corrected.
The integration feature and data export/import features make it a good product to allow growth of use along with growth of business.
Importing our address list was unsuccessful, however customer service fixed it for us.
They have walked me through the process and have been amazing during my follow up calls.

The software is very easy to use and great for a small business. I need the ability to ship USPS, FEDEX, and UPS and this makes it very easy for me to choose based on customer needs.
There is no customer support and when you do reach out for customer support the representatives act as if you are a problem and are never willing to help.
