Surglogs vs Sprinto: Which is a better fit?

I think what makes Surglogs so amazing, aside the fact that it's so helpful, is the amazing support we get.

I'm not too sure if I dislike something about Surglogs.

Very happy with the Surglogs staff. I like that we are able to customize for our facility.

The entire process of working with Surglogs has been positive. The customer service and willingness to accommodate customizable logs has been a dream.

Limited customization options. Higher pricing compared to competitors.

Overall it has been good 2 years with Sprinto and we would like to continue with Sprinto going forward as well. All the best to Sprinto team.

Honestly, I have no real complaints. Some more work could go into.

It is very easy to use and having amazing customer success advisors. Sensitive content hidden] (Sr. CSM @sprinto ) our dedicated rep, was extremely available and helped us in our all queries.

There are no such downsides/dislikes of sprinto. However, sometime having some sync issue in the application.

Customer support is superb, customer success managers are experts on the compliance domain and are very responsive to queries or concerns.

Nothing very significant, it is mostly smooth but the period when too many frequent UI changes were happening was a little confusing to me as an Admin handling things in it.
