The biggest weakness in transcription is for people who have an accent and don't speak English natively. I noticed the AI struggled to accurately transcript some thicker foreign accents.
I love that the software can show us metrics about the sales meeting but it’s a great professional tool in terms of both education and room for personal growth.
However, it misses the mark a little in the notetaking - I noticed it had missed a few points here and there that I would've included in the summary.
