GOAT Risk vs Diligent One Platform: Which is a better fit?

The customer support function and abilities are superb. Calls are answered within hours.

ACL Analytics and ACL Robotics - Simply Amazing capabilities in the windows version and the GRC platform. The ability to automate repetitive tasks is awesome.

Doing basic things analogous to 'a subselect in SQL' is more painful than it needs to be.

Great improvement in task accomplishment; less time consumed to develop and establish reports, data integrity is preserved, data storage and security is guaranteed to be secured.

Lack of autocomplete and onscreen function parameters.

This is a very powerful solution. It provides great compatibility for remote control, and it is very easy to use.

No auto-selection possibility with population files for business process controls.
