TripWorks vs TourOpp GO: Which is a better fit?

Overall they are a great booking software to work with. We moved to them because they had better technology to help us earn more revenue than Fareharbor or Peek, and we have.

There is no invoicing option allowing us to provide quotes. Parts orders are difficult to enter because they are not itemized.

The dedicated customer service with an actual account manager that i can talk to when I have an issue is one of top features I love.

I have no access nor knowledge of this company. All the people with whom I can interact are spread liberally about the U.S. and maybe the world for all I know.

Overall I enjoy Tripworks much better than Peek Pro or Fareharbor. I especially love the ease to set up affiliate company's to handle third party bookings.

We have regularly been reporting issues, but little to no progress is made on things that are having a major negative impact on our business.

A clean, good-looking system with a simple booking flow. Great options for dynamic pricing, as well as offering different pricing to resellers.

Sometimes it goes down for a bit and could make it hard to use.

We haved saved so much time by switching to TourOpp. Our items being cross sold are an awesome advantage to us, which literally ends up paying for their services plus some.

I miss the multifunctionality of other similar software.

The onboarding process was also super fast and friendly the team is always super helpful with everything we need.

They are still developing 2-way messages so that could be a little bit upsetting for customers.

Now, we have that covered and it works great. Also, we've seen an increase in our reviews which was one of our main goals for this year, so we are super satisfied with all the results.

There were a few hiccups in the beginning in relation to the way event times and dates were being sent. While this did get fixed, it delayed our planned rollout.

The preselected messages were a good fit for my business model and I like that my guests can opt out easily. The price is very reasonable given the functionality.

The system also alerts guests with dietary restrictions to email us before their tour which greatly cuts down on last minute changes.
