There were a few hiccups in the beginning in relation to the way event times and dates were being sent. While this did get fixed, it delayed our planned rollout.
The preselected messages were a good fit for my business model and I like that my guests can opt out easily. The price is very reasonable given the functionality.
The system also alerts guests with dietary restrictions to email us before their tour which greatly cuts down on last minute changes.
