Sometimes, the lack of permanent employment could present a problem, but I don't know how much is up to them.

Always wrong data about vacation days and sick leaves on their platform, very long rembursement processes for expenses. Payments on the latest possible date.
I worked with other EOR providers before and never had a good customer support experience. With workmotion I have a dedicated account manager and am able to reach out to this person anytime.
Answers regarding specific questions were also ambiguous and required further clarification, which further delayed the onboarding process.
Their support for visa documentation is exceptional as well. On top of that, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any questions or issues that come up.

Using Dayforce helps keep track of when and who is showing up to each event. So when a brand ambassador is there, they will clock that time. When they leave, they clock that time. And any additional hours would also be clocked, including any type of market research like demographics, geographics, and the standard area of time that was used in the location of the event. Thing I like most about Dayforce, is that it's pretty easy to use. There's not a lot of training involved. And at the end of the year, you can simply go in and get your tax return. You wouldn't even need to print it, because you'll have it right there. The thing I like least about Dayforce, is it's too easily manipulated. So if you're using it on a mobile in a browser, if you go back, you would have to input all the information for a time card again. I find that really annoying. I feel like it should automatically save and it should be a little more user-friendly at this point. I have been using Dayforce for a really long time. And I think personally that it was easier to use before it became a huge brand.

So when Heyflow was created, we knew right from the spot that we want to be a remote working company. Of course, we were doing a lot of research on many different software tools, and we did a lot of interview, internet research, and we went into the little details, especially when it comes to user-friendliness. In the end, there were only two software tools at the end that made it to the final round, and we chose WorkMotion in the end. We chose WorkMotion at the very end because WorkMotion basically checked all the boxes that we were looking for, especially when it comes to onboarding talents very fast, very quickly, and in the easiest way possible. Also, the platform itself is super self-explanatory when it comes to contract changes or adaptations or salary increases, promotions, whatever. That was literally the easiest and most welcome way as possible from the customer success side. So yeah, that was the only software that checked our boxes. So the onboarding process with WorkMotion was very fast and very easy as well. We were set up with a customer success manager. They asked us a few questions, and we got onboarded right away, which was super convenient and very cool. It just took a few days until everything was set up fully, and the customer success management was even still available after the setup, which we really appreciated. So I can only recommend to a higher internationally in general because it culturally enriches you a lot and gives you so many more opportunities on the talent pool. But if you do so, then I totally recommend working with WorkMotion because not only the onboarding is super easy, but also the work, the day-to-day life together with WorkMotion is just so convenient. They give you a lot of consultation on the lawful aspect of things as well. They give you recommendations also when it comes to some laws in some countries or on some contractual aspects. They're superfast and they're very, very nice. So all thumbs up for WorkMotion for sure.
