Feels like the best of what a compliance and filing solution should offer: cloud-based, secure, real time tracking with a concierge-like feel for service.
My only complaint is that when SOPs are uploaded to the portal, we've had multiple instances where these get tagged to the wrong entity (we have similar named entities, which can be confusing).
For me, it's more about the team that is dedicated to me in order to ensure we are keeping up with the requirements we have from an entity maintenance perspective. It has been extremely helpful.
Hate all the bigger players out there FileJet needs to get more visibility out there in the market. Blows my mind how old school existing solutions in the market are.
Their customer service has been great and implementation was straightforward. They have continued to improve their portal to make it very user-friendly.
From what I recall, the front end work was a bit frustrating.
Ease of use of the platform; visibility into upcoming deadlines for annual reports; registered agent services are great - quick notice and easy to view documents.
There is a delay in receiving certified mail. FileJet sends filing notifications a day or two after we receive notice from our attorneys.
